Your Project - Perrydale Owners contracted with us to install a new patio, walkways, low maintenance, drought tolerant plants set in round rock ground cover. We stumbled upon an old drain field servicing their roof gutters that they didn't know about, this needed to be fixed so we pulled out the old and installed a new drain area away from the house and project. Your Project - Colvin I did a lot of back and forth with our client on this project before signing a contract. Client had previously contracted with another landscape provider and was not satisfied with their performance and did not get what she paid for. Client is having a new retaining wall out of natural stone installed, we hand set and chisel the basalt from Abiqua Forest products to create a custom fit decorative wall with steps. We are also upgrading the sprinkler system and adding 2 zones to cover areas not previously watered. A new Rye grass lawn from Kuenzi Sod and plant materials in the front flower beds. Your Project - Williams This project is a re-setting of a 1,000 sq ft patio done a few years back by another contractor. The pavers had settled as much as a foot in some areas, we removed the pavers, cleaned them, re-graded the entire area and added a drain to accommodate water runoff from the hill. We also added the charcoal Holland stone border and small planter. Click here to view this project! |

Your Project - Kline Michael and Susie Kline residence, a South Salem irrigation system. This is a typical sprinkler system installation consisting of 5 sprinkler zones, owners had an existing system that was worn out, we used mostly Hunter industries professional products and I give them a 5 year warranty on their system. The picture with Gerry holding the sprinkler is on a conduit riser on a t post stake. I did this because the owner wanted all of her plants to be covered from the back, this way the heads are over the top of the plants and will not be blocked by the limbs or future growth of the plant material.
