Our Specials and Warranty explanation...
In this specials section I want to take a minute to explain what we do the best and how it is warranted. Obviously I am putting a lifetime warranty on all of our retaining walls and patio pavers so any of these types of projects we do very well, I also love to get creative with whatever ideas that you may have. After I give you a quote just ask me about our discounts and I will for sure work with you because we want to prove to you that our quality is exactly what we say it is.
Pavers - right now we have a number of paving stone projects going, I have a very experienced crew that is doing these installations thus allowing me to give some steep discounts on the products and installation. I also work very closely with the manufacturer and we do a lot of volume with them so they are also working with us to help pass on discounts to you the customer. Most any combination of stones, borders patterns that you can think of we can make it happen for you!
The main point for you as a consumer to realize is that we want your business, and we want to pass on a lifetime warranty on pavers to you, if you are going to invest in a company you will not find a better company that will support you, there is no one that I know of that will back their product with a lifetime warranty and put it in writing. This year we have repaired 3 or 4 patios, mostly on the edges where there is damage due to excess winter rains or we just didn’t secure the edge properly.
Retaining Walls - the most important process with a wall or patio is to properly install the foundation, I always insist that my crews overbuild the foundation of any project, I have learned that cutting corners will not work over the long road and you the consumer deserve to get exactly what you pay for.
Sprinkler Systems - we only use high quality products from Hunter Industries and Rain Bird, this is why I place a 5 year warranty on all of our systems, and I warranty them for a lifetime if we are maintaining them. You will get at least 20 years or more from a Westside system and that is with very little maintenance as is what happens with most folks yards.
Lawn Installations - with proper installation and maintenance you will get many years out of a new lawn, and I am willing to back it up with a lifetime warranty if we are maintaining the lawn with our people. The last 2 years have been horrible for lawns, and if you have poor soil there is no way to keep a healthy lawn without some serious effort. Let me show you how I can ensure that your lawn will last a lifetime!
