When you sign a non binding landscape maintenance agreement we will schedule and start your first month of service at no charge. We will then bill you for the next 11 months of service and your 12th month is free giving you 12 months of service for the price of 10.
If you are not happy with our service in the first month simply cancel the agreement at no further obligation. I personally developed this program because I know that our service is superior to that of our competitors for the following reasons.
#1) Our retention rate is almost 100% from year to year.
#2) We are an all phases licensed and bonded landscape contractor and maintenance company for over 25 years.
#3) Our pricing is very competitive and most likely less expensive than your current service.
There is a good chance that your landscape maintenance service is not licensed, has no liability insurance or workman’s comp coverage if they have a helper, and are most likely not paying any local government, State or Federal taxes. All you have to do is ask them to show you their certificates of insurance. If they cannot you may be liable for any accident or mishap that happens on your property.
