About Us

Hi I am Tim Barnes, for about the last 35 years I have been in the green industry in some way shape or form. Growing up on my father’s golf course I originally planned to be a golf course superintendent, this led me to get my education in Landscape Technologies, involving plant identification, horticulture, turf grass management, soil science and landscape architecture.

I quickly realized though that the political climate in the golf industry was not for me. As a youth I mowed neighborhood lawns with an old riding lawn mower so I went back to where I started from and somehow fell into the landscape industry.

Today we are about a 20 employee, all phases, licensed and bonded full service landscape and maintenance company. We are a family operated company, working mostly in the Salem, and surrounding communities. My wife Denise oversees the office and financial aspects of the business and my brother-in-law Kelly works in the office overseeing various projects within the business, and yes I wear all of the other hats that are needed to run and operate a successful small business in this challenging day and age.
